KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with the sales team to align on lead qualification parameters and segmentation.
Extract relevant contact and company data from
Apollo
,
Lusha
, and other lead generation platforms.
Clean, manage, and sort large data sets in
Excel
or
Google Sheets
based on specific targeting criteria.
Organize and update CRM databases (e.g., Zoho or others) with accurate and current information.
Support outbound prospecting by providing well-organized lead lists and contact details.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements or resolve discrepancies in data.
Maintain high levels of confidentiality and data accuracy.
Stay updated on best practices in data management and tools for sales enablement.
KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficient in
Microsoft Excel
or
Google Sheets
(VLOOKUP, PIVOT functions is preferred).
Experience with tools like Apollo.io, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
or similar platforms.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets efficiently.
Excellent
written and verbal communication
skills.

sales-oriented mindset
with a basic understanding of B2B lead generation and qualification.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Prior experience in a sales support or lead research role is a plus.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree or relevant certification.
