Responsibilities
Maintain a pleasant and professional communication style.
Ensure accuracy and precision while speaking and coordinating.
Handle back-office tasks including:
Preparing Excel reports
Preparing sales target sheets
Payment follow-ups
Handling customer queries
Other tasks assigned by the reporting manager
Provide strong verbal communication support to the Sales & Marketing team.
