Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Business Development Coordinator
to manage incoming lead flow, support the sales team, and help drive initial client interactions. This is an excellent entry-level role for someone interested in sales, client engagement, and the business side of the design and build industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management & Coordination
Handle all incoming leads via email, phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, website, or walk-ins.
Accurately input lead details into CRM and internal databases to share with the sales team.
Conduct initial evaluation calls with leads to understand requirements and share basic product information.
Qualify leads based on basic criteria and forward them to the sales team.
Showroom Support
Attend to walk-in customers at the experience centre, offering a warm welcome and first-level guidance.
Coordinate showroom visits and ensure a smooth handover to the relevant sales executive.
Communication & Coordination
Act as the communication bridge between clients and the internal sales/technical team for early-stage queries.
Ensure timely follow-ups on pending responses or missing information from potential clients.
Social Media & Content Coordination
Occasionally visit project sites to shoot basic videos/photos of ongoing work (training/support will be provided).
Coordinate internally for collecting client testimonials, product shots, and milestone updates for social media use.
Who Should Apply
0-2 years of experience in
business development/client servicing
in the
interior products or architectural solutions
industry (e.g., windows, doors, lighting, furniture, building materials).
Excellent communication, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, with a keen interest in design and the ability to understand technical products.
