About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Business Development Coordinator
to join our team at our NSP, Pitampura office. The role involves conducting market research, analyzing data, preparing proposals, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The Coordinator will collaborate with departments including Planning, R&D, and Production to ensure seamless project execution and support the company's overall growth strategy.
Qualifications
Any Graduate.
Strong analytical and market research skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in the manufacturing or personal care industry is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Roles & Responsibilities
Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate with planning team and clients for orders and projects.
Follow up with clients for approvals, orders, and sample submissions.
Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials), proposals, and MIS reports.
Coordinate with R&D and Factory teams for timely product/sample submissions.
Manage agreements, contracts, and expectations with partners.
Maintain client relationships with strong communication and support.
Oversee client orders, documentation, scheduling, and timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate production, quality control, and client records.
Undertake any additional assignments from management.
