Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire
new clients
to expand the business portfolio.
Maintain continuous follow-ups with clients for
new orders, samples, and feedback
.
Prepare and share
BOM (Bill of Material)
and costing for new product inquiries.
Coordinate with the
Sales team
for new and ongoing projects.
Support
logistics and supply chain
processes for raw and packaging materials required for samples.
Collaborate with
R&D and factory teams
for product development and sample submissions.
Manage
MIS reports
, monitor monthly goals, and provide project updates.
Ensure smooth
backend coordination
and maintain professional communication with clients and internal teams.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of
client coordination
and
project management
.
Ability to handle
multiple assignments efficiently
.
Proficiency in
professional email writing and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
.
Analytical mindset with strong follow-up and reporting skills.
Understanding of
supply chain and manufacturing processes
(preferred).
Qualification & Experience
Minimum
Graduate
(MBA preferred).
Minimum
3 years of experience
in Business Development, Client Servicing, or Coordination roles.
Experience in
FMCG / Cosmetics / Pharmaceutical / Manufacturing industry
will be an advantage.
Working Days & Timings
Monday to Saturday
(First Saturday Off)
Timings:
9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
