Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic
Business Development Executive
with experience in the IT sector. This is a contractual, incentive-based role where you will play a key part in driving new business opportunities, client acquisition, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT sector.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team for service delivery.
Pitch Infonetix's staffing and recruitment services to potential clients.
Work on achieving targets linked to invoices raised to clients.
Requirements:
1-3 years of proven experience in Business Development / Client Acquisition in the IT sector.
Strong understanding of staffing, recruitment, or IT services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
