Qualification & Experience

Graduate in Food Tech /Science background with MBA is a plus Minimum 10+ years of experience in business development or sales within the food and beverage industry. Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and driving business growth. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics. Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of the food and beverage industry trends and regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the food and beverage industry. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients. Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns. Stay updated with industry developments and advancements. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
