. We are expanding into the

U.S. market

and are looking for an experienced

freelance business development consultant or sales rep

to help drive this growth.

Role Summary:

We're seeking a U.S.-based (or U.S.-experienced) freelance business development expert to:

Identify and engage mid-sized to enterprise clients in the U.S.

Generate qualified leads through outreach, networking, or existing connections

Set up and run discovery/demos with our tech team

Help close deals and build long-term relationships

This is a

part-time, freelance role

with a flexible structure and attractive commissions.

Responsibilities:

Research and identify target customers in key industries (e.g., healthcare, fintech, logistics, e-commerce)

Conduct outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) and leverage your U.S. network

Book qualified meetings with decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, Heads of Data/IT)

Support or lead proposal creation and negotiation

Maintain accurate records in our CRM

Collaborate with internal delivery and leadership teams to align sales strategy

Requirements:

Proven experience in

B2B business development or sales in the U.S.

(preferably in IT, AI, SaaS, or data services)

Strong network and ability to open doors in U.S. mid-market or enterprise segments

Familiarity with U.S. business culture, buyer behavior, and decision-making processes

Experience with sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, etc.)

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and deliver results

Preferred (Nice to Have):

Experience working with offshore/India-based IT service providers

Prior success selling AI/ML, data analytics, or SaaS solutions

Tech-savvy and able to understand solution offerings at a high level

Compensation:

Flexible pay structure

: monthly retainer + commission OR commission-only (negotiable)

Performance-based incentives

Initial contract for

3 months

, extendable based on performance

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?58,000.00 per month
