We are looking for a driven professional to lead
new client acquisition, delivery excellence, and key account management
across our Hiring, and HR Outsourcing practices. The role involves owning revenue growth, building recruitment delivery frameworks, managing high-value enterprise clients, and driving end-to-end fulfilment. You will serve as the primary relationship owner while ensuring strong execution, process discipline, and business expansion opportunities.
The compensation will be mix of Fixed and Revenue Share plus additional profit share (at the end of fiscal year).
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Client Acquisition
Own end-to-end acquisition across
Project Hiring, and Permanent Mandates
.
Drive revenue growth through targeted outreach, industry networks, and proactive prospecting.
Pitch, negotiate, and close high-value enterprise clients.
Leverage existing relationships to bring in immediate and qualified business.
Build a strong pipeline for continuous business growth.
Client Management & Key Accounts
Act as the
chief relationship owner
for key clients.
Ensure high satisfaction through proactive communication and quick issue resolution.
Drive long-term client retention and trust.
Identify opportunities for
upsell, cross-sell, multi-location hiring, project expansions, and contract staffing
.
Conduct regular review meetings and performance updates with clients.
