The Sales Executive will play a critical role in promoting and selling our construction works, need to handle other renovation, interior projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, present solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction, ultimately driving revenue and market presence.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the construction industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.
Provide detailed product information and consultation to clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and sales pitches.
Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience in sales, specifically within the building industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of current interior design trends and products.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
