Job Description

Develop and execute strategies to acquire new corporate clients across diverse sectors. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth. Identify client needs and coordinate with internal creative, strategy, and production teams to deliver tailored communication solutions. Prepare and deliver persuasive business presentations, proposals, and pitches. Achieve sales targets and revenue goals as per quarterly and annual business plans. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align sales efforts with company capabilities. Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities. Ensure timely follow-ups, proposal submissions, and smooth on boarding of new clients. Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and corporate forums to promote the agency's offerings. Manage client documentation, contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies.
