Job Description

Key Responsibilities



1. Business Development (Growth & Sales)



Dealer Onboarding:

Identify and partner with new tractor and farm equipment dealers to list their inventory on the Khetigaadi platform.

Revenue Generation:

Sell premium listing packages, advertisement slots, and lead-generation services to dealers and OEMs.

Market Expansion:

Conduct field visits to rural and semi-urban areas to promote Khetigaadi's app and web services.

Strategic Partnerships:

Collaborate with banks and NBFCs to facilitate tractor loans and insurance for users on the platform.

2. Client Service & Retention



Dealer Relationship Management:

Act as a dedicated account manager for onboarded dealers, helping them manage their listings and respond to leads.

Feedback Loop:

Collect and report feedback from the ground to the product team to improve the app/website user experience.

Issue Resolution:

Promptly resolve any technical or service-related queries from clients to maintain high trust levels.

3. Marketing & Operations



Lead Management:

Monitor and follow up on inquiries generated through the platform to ensure high conversion rates.

Events & Activations:

Organize and participate in "Kisan Melas," local tractor rallies, and rural marketing events to increase brand visibility.

Reporting:

Maintain a daily/weekly log of sales visits and client interactions in the CRM.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Education:

Any Graduate (B.Sc. Agriculture or MBA in Agribusiness/Marketing is a significant advantage).

Experience:

1-3 years in Sales, Business Development, or Relationship Management

Language Proficiency:

Must be fluent in E

nglish and Hindi

. Good command of English is required for corporate reporting.

Mobility:

Must be willing to travel to rural areas and have a valid two-wheeler license and vehicle.

Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable using mobile apps, CRM tools, and basic Microsoft Excel for reporting.
