About the Role



We are looking for a highly driven

Business Development & Client Acquisition Specialist

who can consistently bring new projects and clients to AdroitAim Design. This role involves managing freelance platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.), sending high-quality outreach emails daily, cold calling prospects, and converting leads with at least a

90% success/closure rate

.

The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, excellent at communication, and has a proven track record in closing design, branding, or digital service deals.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Lead Generation



Identify and acquire new clients through Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold calling. Bid on relevant projects daily with high-quality proposals. Source high-intent leads in healthtech, SaaS, startups, real estate, and SMB sectors. Build and manage a pipeline of warm and cold leads.

Sales & Conversion



Conduct discovery calls and pitch AdroitAim Design's services confidently. Convert inquiries and leads into paying clients with at least a

90% success rate

. Understand client requirements and prepare accurate project scopes and pricing. Follow up with leads consistently until closure.

Outreach & Communication



Send daily personalized outreach emails to potential clients. Perform cold/warm calls to generate interest and schedule meetings. Maintain professional communication across all touchpoints (email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, platform chats).

Account & Profile Management



Manage and grow AdroitAim Design's profiles on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other platforms. Optimize profiles, portfolios, and proposal templates to maximize conversions. Track analytics and performance to improve win-rate.

Relationship Management



Build long-term relationships with existing and new clients. Maintain high customer satisfaction and ensure repeat business. Coordinate with internal design team to ensure smooth project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience



1+ years in business development, client acquisition, or sales (preferably in design, digital, or creative industries). Proven success in winning projects on Upwork/Freelancer or similar platforms. Strong English communication skills (spoken & written). Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to handle high-volume outreach: emails, proposals, and calls. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Performance Metrics



Minimum

90% client closure rate

on qualified leads. Daily bidding and outreach targets achieved. Revenue targets met or exceeded. Growth of agency presence on freelance platforms.
