Roles and Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners to foster collaboration and onboard them for influencer marketing campaigns. Develop, pitch, and secure new brand partnerships, managing the process from initial outreach to final contract. Negotiate partnership terms, deliverables, and agreements, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and profitability. Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to design tailored influencer-led campaigns that deliver measurable results. Act as the primary point of contact for brand partners, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and exceptional client servicing. Maintain and expand relationships with key stakeholders across brands and agencies to create long-term partnerships. Stay ahead of industry trends and apply insights to improve campaign strategies and partnership approaches. Generate and qualify leads through outreach efforts, including cold calls, emails, and networking, to onboard brands for campaigns.
