Role Overview:

We are looking for a driven and proactive Business DevelopmentManager based in Mumbai tosupport TradeLab's business expansion across Western India. The role is strongly focused onprospecting, lead generation, and assisting in closing new business deals with discountbrokers, full-service brokers, banks, and fintech platforms. The ideal candidate should havefoundational knowledge of capital markets/fintech and be eager to grow into a high-impactenterprise sales role.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage new potential clients aligned withTradeLab's target segments (brokers, fintech platforms, banks). Sales Pipeline Support: Qualify leads, schedule product demos, participate in discussions, andsupport sales managers in progressing opportunities. Client Outreach: Conduct outreach via emails, calls, LinkedIn, industry events, and partnernetworks to expand the top-of-funnel pipeline. Product Demonstrations: Assist in presenting TradeLab's offerings to clients along with theproduct/solutions team. Proposal & Documentation Support: Prepare proposals, business decks, pitch materials, andbasic commercial documents. Market Understanding: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatoryTradelab Technologies Pvt Ltd#425, 2nd Floor, Sai MansionSector1, 27Th Main , HSR Layout, Bengaluruhttps://tradelab.in/changes like SEBI guidelines. CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date records of leads, interactions, proposals, andpipeline status using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce). Event Representation: Represent TradeLab at industry meets, product demos, conferences,and networking engagements. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior sales, product, and solutions teams tocraft suitable value propositions for client requirements.

Must-Have Qualifications



Experience: 2-4 years in B2B sales, business development, or inside sales within fintech,capital markets, SaaS, trading, or investment platforms. Industry Understanding: Basic understanding of trading platforms, brokers, capital marketecosystem, or fintech workflows. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, confident client-facingpresence. Relationship Building: Ability to build rapport with key client stakeholders and maintainprofessional follow-ups. Target Orientation: Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment. CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems for tracking leads and pipeline management. Self-Driven Attitude: High ownership mindset with willingness to learn, grow, and handleresponsibilities independently.

Good-to-Have Skills



Exposure to trading systems (OMS, RMS) or fintech API-based platforms. Familiarity with SEBI market regulations and algo trading basics. Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles or solution-selling environments.
