Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Outreach:
Use tools like LinkedIn, email campaigns, phone calls,networking, etc to connect with potential clients.
Lead Qualification:
Conduct initial discovery calls or emails to understand customer needs.Responsible for identifying potential customers and generating interest in the company's products or services.Assess whether a lead is a good fit for the company's offerings.
Maintaining CRM:
Keep detailed records of interactions and updates in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.Ensure accurate and timely data entry to enable effective tracking of prospects and pipeline management.
Setting Appointments:
Schedule meetings or demos between qualified prospects and account executives or sales managers.
Meeting KPIs:
Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) like calls made, emails sent, appointments booked, and leads converted.
Follow-Up and Nurturing:
Re-engage leads that may not be ready to purchase immediately but could be valuable in the future.
Feedback and Reporting:
Provide feedback from prospects to sales and product teams to help refine strategies and offerings.
Building Relationships:
Act as the first point of contact for potential clients, establishing trust and credibility.
Market Research:
Understand market trends, customer pain points, and competitors to effectively position the company's offerings.

Location-ONSITE WORK FROM OFFICE New York Tower near Thaltej Cross Road. S G Highway. Ahmedabad.
