We provide employers and businesses with the opportunity to connect with the brightest talents and the new generation workforce. Role: - Business Development Executive (B2C) Responsibilities:

  • Develop in-depth knowledge about courses offered by universities and educational institutions.
  • Clearly articulate the benefits and services offered by our organization to prospective students.
  • Conduct extensive research on job opportunities in various fields in Australia and provide accurate information to students.
  • Stay up-to-date with Australian visa regulations and requirements.
  • Utilize social media platforms effectively to reach and engage with students, promoting our services and creating awareness about available courses.
  • Develop and execute a social media strategy to engage with potential students and generate leads.
  • Regularly post relevant and engaging content such as educational articles, videos, testimonials, and student success stories.
  • Monitor social media channels for inquiries, comments, and feedback, and respond promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted social media campaigns to attract students.
  • Keep accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and conversions in CRM software (Hubspot) or other relevant tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of enrolment processes and student support services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field.
  • 3 Years of experience required in the Education sector in sales
  • Proven experience in a business development or sales, preferably in the education or consultancy sector.
  • Excellent knowledge of courses offered by universities and educational institutions, particularly in Australia.
  • Strong counselling and communication skills to guide students effectively and build trust.
  • Familiarity with Australian job market trends, especially in different fields and industries.
  • Understanding of Australian visa regulations and requirements for international students.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple student inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (Hubspot) and other relevant tools for student management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: 925,000.00 - 950,000.00 per month Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift
Supplemental pay types:
  • Performance bonus

  • Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
