We are looking for a Business Development professional responsible for building and scaling B2B partnerships across the financial services ecosystem. The role involves expanding distribution for our full suite of offerings and positioning the company as a long-term wealth solutions platform for partners.

Key Responsibilities:
B2B Partner Acquisition & Relationship Management
Identify, engage, and onboard B2B partners including IFAs, wealth advisors, distributors, RIAs, family offices, and other strategic partners.
Build and manage long-term partner relationships with a focus on sustainable revenue generation.
Leverage existing B2B relationships to accelerate partner onboarding.
Product & Platform Representation
Present and demonstrate the company's platform, processes, and value proposition to prospective partners.
Educate partners on the complete product suite, including but not limited to, Mutual Funds, AIF & PMS, Fixed Income products (Bonds, NCDs, etc.), Life & General Insurance
Position the platform as a comprehensive solution for partners' client needs.
Business Growth & Revenue Enablement
Drive partner-led business volumes across all products.
Work closely with internal product, operations, and onboarding teams to ensure smooth partner activation.
Track partner performance, engagement levels, and revenue contribution.
Market Intelligence & Feedback
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and partner expectations.
Share structured feedback with management to improve products, platform features, and partner experience.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Experience
3-8 years of experience in B2B business development / partner acquisition within financial services, wealth management, or fintech.
Proven track record of building and managing B2B relationships in prior roles.
Experience working with IFAs, distributors, or advisory networks is strongly preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
Strong understanding of financial products including MFs, AIF/PMS, Fixed Income, and Insurance.
Ability to confidently present, pitch, and demonstrate a platform or solution to partners.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Commercial mindset with clarity on revenue, margins, and partner economics.
Self-driven and outcome-oriented.
