Business Development Associates
who can engage with students, understand their needs, and drive course enrollments.
Job Summary
The Business Development Associate (BDA) will play a key role in connecting with prospective learners, explaining our course offerings, and converting leads into paid enrollments. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence, and a target-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Outreach & Conversion
Make outbound calls to potential students from provided leads.
Explain course features, benefits, fees, and exam preparation support.
Understand learner needs and recommend the most suitable course.
Convert inquiry calls into sales through effective communication.
2. Follow-ups & CRM Management
Maintain regular follow-ups with warm leads.
Update CRM records and track lead movement accurately.
Generate daily/weekly sales reports.
3. Student Relationship Management
Build trust and rapport with learners to encourage enrollment.
Assist students during the onboarding process after purchase.
Ensure a smooth and supportive post-sales experience.
4. Coordination & Improvement
Share market insights and student feedback with the team.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams for lead quality improvement.
Participate in regular sales training sessions.
Requirements
Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
0-2 years of experience
in Telecalling / BPO / Inside Sales / EdTech Sales.
Excellent Hindi communication skills (basic English preferred).
Confident, energetic, and persuasive communicator.
Ability to handle objections and close sales.
Basic computer knowledge (CRM experience is a plus).
Target-oriented mindset with strong work ethics.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in EdTech/Coaching/Telecalling sales.
Understanding of Teaching Exam preparation (CTET/BPSC/DSSSB) is an advantage.
