Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence in Noida and surrounding regions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to deal closure and post-sales support.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience
in business development, sales, or key account management.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
