Business Development Executive
to join our growing IT Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through our IT services including
Website Development, Digital Marketing, SEO, and Custom Software Solutions

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through
cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and lead portals
Understand client requirements and propose
tailored IT solutions
Conduct
sales presentations, meetings, and product/service demos
Prepare and share
proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications
Close deals and achieve
monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain
long-term relationships with clients
Coordinate with
technical, design, and marketing teams
for smooth project execution
Maintain accurate
CRM records, sales pipelines, and reports
Track market trends, customer needs, and
competitor activities
Represent VisibleTech professionally in client interactions and meetings
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
1-4 years
of experience in
IT Sales / Business Development
Strong
communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Good understanding of:
Website & Web Application Development
SEO, PPC, and Digital Marketing
Software & IT Service Sales
Experience with
lead generation, cold calling, and client meetings
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
Proficiency in
MS Office, CRM tools, email marketing platforms
Excellent
proposal writing and documentation skills
