We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Life Science graduates to join our Business Development team. This role involves engaging with prospective students/professionals, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward suitable courses. You will play a key role in driving admissions, building relationships, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential leads through calls, emails, and social platforms.
Counsel students and working professionals on our life science and clinical research programs.
Explain course details, career opportunities, and industry demand.
Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper follow-up and track progress in CRM tools.
Participate in webinars, events, and promotional activities to generate leads.
Maintain strong product knowledge to answer queries effectively.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to optimize the sales process.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong interest in sales, counseling, and career guidance.
Basic understanding of life sciences and clinical research.
Ability to handle objections and build rapport with prospects.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility:
Life Science graduates only (Biotech, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharma, Nursing, etc.).
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of sales/counseling experience are welcome.
