We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive. This role is ideal for
freshers or experienced (0-8months)
who possess excellent communication skills and strong technical knowledge. The candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and fostering relationships with prospective clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Make cold calls to identify and secure new business leads.
Build and nurture contacts with potential clients to explore new business opportunities.
Maintain and update the database of prospective clients.
Arrange meetings for senior management with potential clients.
Assist in writing and developing business proposals.
Ensure thorough knowledge of all product and service offerings to communicate effectively with clients.
Continuously monitor the company's chat application for visitor interaction.
Engage visitors with prompt responses and professional communication.
Generate leads through live chat conversations.
Follow company's procedures and guidelines for customer acquisition.
Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all client interactions.
Skill-sets Required:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to convey technical information effectively.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build long-lasting client relationships.
Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Capability to work under pressure and meet targets within deadlines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
Strong technical background and ability to understand IT solutions and services.
Freshers with excellent communication and technical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
