We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic
Business Development Associate (BDA)
to join our team. This is an entry-level role ideal for recent graduates who are eager to build a career in sales, client management, and business growth. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and supporting the sales cycle from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients and market opportunities.
Reach out to prospective leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Pitch company products/services to prospective clients and generate interest.
Schedule and coordinate client meetings, demos, or presentations.
Maintain CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date lead data.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert them into customers.
Support senior sales or business development team in campaign execution.
