Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard potential students through calls, walk-ins, and online leads.
Explain course details, benefits, and career opportunities to prospective learners.
Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with leads and students.
Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams for smooth operations.
Requirements:
Graduate or MBA (preferred).
Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in the education/edtech domain.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹44,316.34 per month
