Prepare and respond to EOI/RFI/RFP/RFQ published by Government and Non-Government departments for Ed-Tech solutions.
Conduct feasibility analysis of bids/proposals (technical and commercial).
Develop win strategies by identifying value propositions and articulating organizational differentiation after studying the competitive landscape.
Research and prepare reports on ongoing market and industry trends.
Draft and deliver Statements of Work (SOWs) detailing technical and commercial proposals.
Manage and participate in client and vendor discussions effectively.
Collaborate with Sales, Project, and Technical teams to prepare compelling proposals.
Create and maintain documents and presentations including collaterals, case studies, and decks for client visits and business pitches.
Education & Experience
Educational Qualification: Engineering graduate / MBA with strong technical acumen.
Total Experience: Minimum 5 years.
Relevant Experience: At least 5 years in presales/proposal/bid management, preferably in the Ed-Tech or IT services sector.
Skills & Competencies
6-8 years of hands-on experience in Proposal/Bid Management.
Strong understanding of the Government procurement process.
Proficiency in estimation techniques, pricing models, and commercial structuring.
Familiarity with lead generation, presales cycle, bid management, project execution, and client support.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command over English.
Ability to work under tight deadlines, multitask, and collaborate across teams.
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
