Clapingo is India's leading platform helping working professionals improve their English fluency, confidence, communication skills & career growth opportunities. We are expanding our Spoken English vertical and looking for energetic BD Associates who can counsel learners, understand their communication gaps, and help them choose the right Clapingo Spoken English plan.

What You'll Do

? Make outbound calls to learners interested in improving their Spoken English

? Understand their challenges (fluency, confidence, grammar, vocabulary, speaking hesitations)

? Recommend the right Spoken English learning plan based on needs and goals

? Explain program features, outcomes, learning structure & benefits

? Convert qualified leads into enrollments through effective counselling

? Provide smooth onboarding support for enrolled learners

What We're Looking For

Graduates with sales or counselling experience Experience in EdTech / Spoken English / Communication Skills sales preferred Strong English communication & interpersonal skills Ability to identify learner gaps and guide them with clarity Target-driven mindset and willingness to grow in a fast-paced environment
