Position Overview
We are looking for energetic and driven
Business Development Associates (BDAs)
to join our sales team. You will play a crucial role in promoting our programs and converting leads into successful student enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and connect with prospective learners via calls, emails, and social media.
Present course offerings and value propositions effectively to drive enrollments.
Handle queries and objections professionally, maintaining strong follow-ups.
Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
Keep CRM systems updated with accurate lead information and status.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Target-oriented mindset with time management abilities
Familiarity with CRM tools or EdTech is an added advantage
Eligibility
Any Graduate or Postgraduate
0-2 years of experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
