Monitor and analyze business performance metrics, providing actionable insights to leadership to refine sales strategies and enhance platform growth.
Represent MAGAS Services at webinars, conferences, meetings, and industry events, ensuring a strong brand presence and fostering new business opportunities.
Serve as the primary point of contact with external stakeholders to secure new business, partnerships, and tie-ups, ensuring strategic collaboration with industry leaders.
Formulate and supervise marketing and sales plans across India and GCC, developing innovative strategies to monetize client services and expand brand reach.
Hire, develop, and manage Sales & Marketing teams across India & GCC, focusing on regional growth and client engagement.
Manage and track leads from generation to closure, implementing streamlined processes for lead nurturing and sales conversion.
Act as the primary escalation point for client issues, collaborating with delivery teams to ensure timely resolutions and maintain strong client relationships.
Prepare and present monthly/quarterly sales reports that highlight performance metrics, growth, and areas for improvement in client service.
