Key Responsibilities
Prospect, identify, and qualify new client leads in the US across various verticals (e.g., BFSI, Healthcare, Technology, etc.)
Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, understand their upcoming projects, resource needs, and hiring cycles
Present bench (available) technical resources (developers, testers, etc.) to prospective clients -- prepare and tailor pitches
Engage in outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals) to drive interest, schedule discovery calls, and qualify demands
Collaborate with recruitment/delivery teams to understand skill sets, availability, and readiness of bench resources
Manage and maintain the sales pipeline in CRM (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) -- track all communications and statuses
Prepare proposals, quotations, statements of work (SOWs), and coordinate with legal/finance to finalize contracts
Negotiate terms, rates, margins, and coordinate with internal stakeholders for approvals
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and feedback to fine-tune pricing, positioning, and pitches
Generate forecasting reports, identify bottlenecks, and suggest process improvements
Participate in business reviews, weekly/monthly meetings, and share insights from the field
Ensure high bench utilization by aligning available resources to incoming demands proactively
