We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented

Career Counselor

to join our growing team. This role is ideal for

freshers

, preferably with

internship experience in sales, counseling, or EdTech

, who are passionate about helping students choose the right career path while working in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students and parents about academic programs, courses, and career opportunities Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses/programs Build trust and maintain strong relationships with students throughout the admission process Follow up with interested candidates to convert leads into enrollments Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of students.

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers are welcome to apply

Internship experience in

career counseling, inside sales, EdTech, or customer handling

is a plus Graduate in any discipline (preferred) Strong interest in sales, counseling, and student interaction.

Mandatory Skills

Fluent English communication is mandatory

(spoken & written) Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills Good listening and problem-solving abilities Willingness to work in a performance-driven environment.
