The Opportunity: Drive Growth and Client Acquisition



We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Executive to spearhead new client acquisition and revenue growth. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong consultative sales background, deep knowledge of branding and marketing strategies, and a proven track record of successfully closing deals. You will be responsible for identifying key business opportunities, developing and pitching bespoke solutions, and fostering lasting client partnerships.

Core Responsibilities



1. Sales and Client Acquisition



Pipeline Generation:

Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities using both outbound and inbound channels.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Engage effectively with decision-makers and key stakeholders across various industries.

Sales Cycle Management:

Manage the entire sales process, from initial lead generation through to final deal closure.

Target Achievement:

Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

2. Strategic Proposal & Pitching



Market Insight:

Develop a clear understanding of prospective clients' business models, brand positioning, and core marketing objectives.

Customized Solutions:

Design and present strategic, data-driven proposals that directly align with client goals.

Service Positioning:

Effectively articulate and position QUIICKEN's full suite of digital marketing and branding services.

3. Commercial Negotiation & Collaboration



Deal Closure:

Negotiate commercial terms to close profitable deals.

Internal Partnership:

Collaborate closely with the strategy, creative, and account management teams.

Handoff & Support:

Ensure a seamless transition of closed clients to the execution teams.

Market Feedback:

Provide valuable client and market insights to continuously refine company offerings.

4. Reporting and Market Intelligence



CRM Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within CRM tools.

Reporting:

Prepare detailed sales reports and performance updates for leadership.

Research:

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities.

Skills & QualificationsRequired



Experience:

2-3 years in business development or sales, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency environment.

Expertise:

Strong foundational knowledge of branding, digital marketing strategies, and client needs assessment.

Core Competencies:

Demonstrated ability in pitching, negotiation, and achieving successful deal closures.

Communication:

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and compelling presentation skills.

Mindset:

Self-motivated, highly target-driven, and adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Tools:

Proficient in using CRM tools and managing structured sales processes.
