Job Description

The Business Development Associate/ Executive (BDA/BDE) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client relationships, and supporting revenue growth. The role involves market research, client engagement, sales coordination, and follow-ups to ensure successful conversion of leads into long-term customers.

BDA/BDE Role and Responsibilities

Manage and update customer and lead data through structured sales processes

Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and negotiations to close business

Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential clients

Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, order execution, and delivery

Handle customer queries, complaints, and post-sales coordination

Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and repeat orders

Prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, and sales pipeline

Skills Required for BDA/BDE

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Customer-focused and result-oriented approach

Experience in lead generation and sales follow-ups

Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities

Basic knowledge of sales tools, reporting, and data tracking

BDA/BDE KPIs (Performance Metrics)

Number of qualified leads generated

Pay: ?11,737.42 - ?40,461.43 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Gomtinagar Vistar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:

Master's (Preferred)
Experience:

BDE/BDA: 2 years (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
