Business Development Associate
to guide students and working professionals, understand their career goals, and help them enroll in the right programs at IIM SKILLS.
This role is ideal for
fresh graduates
as well as
experienced sales professionals
who want fast growth, structured training, and attractive earnings.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students via
calls.
Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses
Handle inbound leads (no cold calling)
Follow up with interested candidates and close enrollments
Maintain CRM updates and sales records
Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
Eligibility
Freshers welcome
(graduates / final-year students can apply)
Experienced candidates
from sales, education counseling, EdTech, banking, insurance, or telesales are encouraged
Graduation in any discipline
Salary & Compensation
Freshers:
?3,00,000 per annum (Fixed) plus performance based Incentives.
Experienced Candidates:
Hike on current salary
(best in the industry)
