We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Business Development Associates to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who have excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales and business growth. You will be responsible for lead generation, client interaction, and supporting the sales team in converting opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
Understand client needs and present company products/services effectively
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
Schedule meetings, demos, or calls with prospective clients
Maintain accurate data of leads and follow-ups in CRM tools
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documentation
Follow up with prospects to move opportunities through the sales pipeline
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets
Eligibility & Qualifications
Freshers or candidates with up to
6 months of experience
in sales/business development
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing, IT preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident, energetic, and willing to learn
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet tools)
