We are looking for a motivated Business Development professional to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our digital marketing agency. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, pitching digital marketing services, building strong client relationships, and working closely with the marketing and delivery teams to close deals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email outreach, and online platforms
Pitch digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Performance Marketing, Web Development, etc.) to prospective clients
Understand client business needs and propose customized digital marketing solutions
Prepare proposals, presentations, and cost estimates
Negotiate contracts and close deals within defined timelines
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Collaborate with internal marketing, strategy, and execution teams
Track leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline using CRM tools
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and competitor activities
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
2-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales.
Strong understanding of digital marketing services and terminology
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build rapport with clients and decision-makers
Result-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills
Experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or lead generation platforms is a plus
Preferred Skills
Experience selling digital marketing or IT services
Knowledge of B2B sales processes
Familiarity with proposal tools and basic analytics
Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
