Role Overview



The

Business Development Associate (BDA)

will be responsible for

driving revenue and expansion

by onboarding new partners, converting leads, managing relationships, and closing deals. This is a

target-oriented role

requiring confidence, negotiation skills, and execution discipline.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Growth & Partnerships



Identify and onboard

new hostel/PG properties, landlords, and partners

. Build strong relationships with

property owners, brokers, institutions, and vendors

. Generate business through

cold calls, referrals, field visits, and meetings

.

Sales & Deal Closure



Pitch company offerings, pricing models, and operational advantages. Negotiate commercial terms and close deals end-to-end. Follow up consistently to ensure closures within timelines.

Coordination & Execution



Coordinate with operations and onboarding teams post-closure. Ensure smooth handover of signed properties/clients. Maintain lead trackers, CRM updates, and sales MIS.

Target Ownership



Achieve

monthly acquisition and revenue targets

. Track daily activities, meetings, and conversions. Represent the brand professionally in the market.

Required Skills & Competencies



Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi). Strong negotiation and objection-handling ability. Field sales mindset with high ownership. Comfortable with

targets, pressure, and incentives

. Relationship-building and follow-up discipline. Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, or Google Sheets.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree (any discipline). 0-4 years of experience in

Sales / Business Development / Real Estate / Hospitality / Startups

. Freshers with strong confidence and hunger to sell may apply. Willingness to travel locally for meetings and site visits.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
