Elcom Digital is a technology-driven solutions provider empowering businesses through SaaS, Cloud, and Cybersecurity offerings. We are expanding our Channel Sales Team and are seeking a dynamic Tech Sales Specialist - Channel to strengthen and grow our partner ecosystem across the Delhi NCR region. This role focuses on developing strong relationships with channel partners and driving revenue through strategic alliances.
Roles & Responsibilities
Build, manage, and grow relationships with channel partners, resellers, and system integrators across the Delhi NCR region.
Identify, onboard, and enable new partners to expand Elcom's reach and market penetration.
Drive partner sales for SaaS, Cloud, and Cybersecurity solutions, ensuring revenue growth and target achievement.
Support partners in pre-sales, deal structuring, and customer acquisition through joint go-to-market activities.
Conduct regular partner meetings, training sessions, and enablement programs to enhance partner capability.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to roll out regional partner campaigns and promotions.
Monitor partner performance, pipeline, and forecast accuracy using CRM tools.
Build strong working relationships with vendor and OEM teams to co-develop business opportunities.
Stay updated on market trends, competitive activities, and channel dynamics to refine sales strategies.
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in Channel or Partner Sales within the IT, SaaS, or Cybersecurity domain.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets through partner ecosystems.
Strong understanding of channel structures, partner programs, and distributor management.
Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience working with technology vendors, distributors, and managed partners.
Proficiency in CRM and pipeline management tools.
Graduate in Business/Technology; MBA preferred.
Based in Delhi NCR with readiness for regional travel.
