Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven

Business Development Associate (BDA)

to join our EdTech sales team. The role involves

counselling prospective students

, understanding their career goals, and converting leads into enrolments for our academic and professional programs.

Key Responsibilities

Contact and counsel prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, and emails Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs Convert qualified leads into admissions through effective counselling Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns Maintain accurate records in CRM systems Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrolment targets Handle objections and provide clear information on fees, curriculum, and benefits Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding of students

Required Skills

Strong communication and convincing skills Ability to build rapport and trust with students and parents Target-oriented and result-driven mindset Basic knowledge of CRM systems Comfortable with sales, follow-ups, and closures

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate / Undergraduate (final-year candidates can apply) Freshers are welcome; training will be provided Experience in EdTech, admissions, or inside sales is an advantage

Preferred Skills

Experience in

inside sales / telesales / counselling

Knowledge of Indian education systems, online/offline programs Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
