Constems-AI is a fast-growing SaaS company offering AI, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics solutions to enterprise clients. We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive/Associate to help expand our B2B customer base and support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify new B2B opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and industry events
Generate and qualify leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM platforms
Conduct discovery calls and product demos based on client needs
Coordinate with marketing to run targeted sales campaigns
Maintain an active sales pipeline in HubSpot/Salesforce
Achieve monthly lead generation, revenue, and acquisition targets
Build and manage strong relationships with decision-makers
Share customer insights and market trends with internal teams
Represent Constems-AI at webinars, events, and networking activities
Requirements
MBA with
1-2 years
of experience in B2B sales or business development (SaaS preferred)
Good understanding of SaaS sales cycles and lead generation tools
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Interest in AI, ML, or Data Analytics is a plus
