About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven
Business Development Associate
to join our EdTech sales team. The role involves interacting with students and working professionals, understanding their educational goals, and guiding them with suitable academic programs offered by the institute.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel and guide students regarding online and distance learning programs.
Make outbound calls and follow up on leads provided by the marketing team.
Convert inquiries into enrollments by building trust and offering proper guidance.
Maintain a database of potential and existing students in the CRM system.
Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a smooth student experience.
Stay updated on course offerings, admission processes, and competitive trends.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any stream.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented attitude.
Ability to handle calls, counseling sessions, and follow-ups efficiently.
Experience in EdTech, telesales, or counseling will be an added advantage.
