We are looking for a
Business Development Executive
to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for converting leads, counseling students (or clients), and achieving monthly enrollment or sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to explain products or services.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions or course guidance.
Maintain follow-ups with interested prospects to ensure conversion.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets.
Maintain accurate records of discussions and sales activities in CRM.
Collaborate with the marketing and counseling teams for smooth operations.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM).
Prior experience in sales, counseling, or customer handling will be an added advantage.
