Job Description

We are expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with 0 - 2 years of IT sales experience to drive new business opportunities and manage client acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities



Act as a Sales executive to generate business through outbound and inbound sales activities. Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation ? pitching ? proposal ? negotiation ? closure. Identify new markets and customer needs for PerfectKode's IT services and SaaS products. Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and events. Build and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders. Conduct product demos, client meetings, and proposal presentations. Collaborate with marketing for lead generation campaigns and brand-building activities. Maintain lead pipeline in CRM and report weekly progress to management.

Key Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred). 0 - 2 years of proven experience in IT Services / SaaS Sales (domestic or international market). Strong understanding of services like Web, Mobile Apps, SaaS Platforms, CRM/ERP, Payroll/HRM solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
