Business Development Associate
to handle company-provided leads, counsel students, and drive the entire admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with prospective students via calls, emails, and other channels.
Understand career goals and recommend the right programs.
Manage leads end-to-end - from initial contact to enrolment.
Maintain CRM records and track progress.
Consistently achieve admission and revenue targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of Inside Sales / BDA / Admission Counsellor experience (EdTech preferred).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a target-driven, high-performance environment.
