We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive (Female Profile) to join our team remotely.
Role Overview
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging with key decision makers of enterprise customers in the UAE. Using LinkedIn , Cold Calling , Emails , Linkeidn Sales Navigator, account mapping, , candidate will drive business opportunities, generate leads, and act as a brand ambassador for TierOne.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify, map, and reach out to decision makers (CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement Leads, etc.) in UAE enterprises through LinkedIn
Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other digital tools for prospecting, lead generation, and nurturing.
Conduct account mapping & tapping to open opportunities across multiple verticals through cold calling , email reachout.
Act as a brand ambassador of TierOne in all client communications.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by qualifying and nurturing leads.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, and sales) to ensure smooth opportunity handover.
Track, report, and optimize lead generation activities.
Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience with LinkedIn , Inside Sales , Customer support , Sales Navigator for enterprise lead generation.
