Independently generate leads through
cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and industry networking

Build and maintain a
sales pipeline
across US, UK, and MENA markets.
Research target industries (real estate, SaaS, PropTech, and IT services) to identify decision-makers and business opportunities.
Consultative Selling
Conduct discovery calls to
understand client requirements, pain points, and business goals
.
Position VortexWeb's solutions (CRM, integrations, SaaS, custom apps) as tailored answers to client challenges.
Prepare and deliver
client presentations, demos, and proposals
in collaboration with the technical team.
Create clear
business cases and ROI-driven proposals
to support deal closure.
Sales Execution & Closing
Manage the full sales cycle:
prospecting ? qualifying ? solutioning ? negotiation ? closing
.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with project managers and technical leads to ensure
smooth handover after sales closure
.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements in line with company policies.
Market Development
Stay updated on
regional IT/CRM trends, competitor offerings, and industry movements
.
Provide feedback to management on
market demands and product improvements
.
Represent VortexWeb in
virtual events, webinars, and networking forums
targeting international clients.
Skills & Competencies
Proven track record in
IT sales, SaaS sales, or CRM/ERP consulting
.
Strong ability to
generate own leads
and not depend solely on marketing-driven leads.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus for MENA region).
Consultative mindset with the ability to
translate client needs into technical solutions
.
Ability to work across
multiple time zones
(US, UK, MENA).
Target-driven, self-motivated, and persistent.

CRM Tools:
Bitrix24, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho (knowledge of any is valuable).
