In this role, you will identify new training & development opportunities, relations with colleges and industries, and help drive user acquisition and revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly evolving industry and make a real impact in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and other channels.
Pitch Training & Development products and services to potential clients (Engineering Colleges, Universities, Students, Engineering Companies, etc. )
Schedule and conduct demos and presentations.
Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Maintain a strong pipeline and update CRM tools with client data and sales progress.
Collaborate with the marketing, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Provide feedback based on client interactions and market trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (Training & Development Business development role is preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of the EdTech landscape and customer personas.
Experience in B2C/B2B sales or inside sales.
Proficiency in regional languages like Telugu.
