About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic
Academic Counsellors / BDAs / Sales Executives
who can guide students toward the right educational path and drive course enrollments. If you are passionate about helping students and have strong persuasion skills, we would love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
Connect with potential students via inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Counsel students regarding courses, career goals, and admission processes.
Understand the student's requirements and suggest appropriate programs.
Follow up with students to ensure maximum conversions.
Maintain and update lead data regularly in CRM systems.
Meet weekly/monthly enrollment targets.
Collaborate with marketing and academic teams for campaign execution.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory for experienced candidates).
0-3 years of sales/counselling/business development experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi).
Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to handle pressure.
Prior experience in EdTech sales will be a strong advantage.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales funnels is a plus.
