Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Generate new leads and prospects through cold calling and tele-sales. Promote and sell products directly over phone or digital platforms. Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Stay updated on product features, benefits, and market trends. Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools is an added advantage.
