We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven

Event Sales Executive

to drive sponsorships, delegate sales, and partnerships for our high-profile

business conferences, summits, expos, and award shows

hosted at premium 5-star properties in Delhi. The role demands aggressive sales skills, excellent networking, and the ability to close deals with CXOs, decision-makers, and industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and convert corporate clients, sponsors, exhibitors, and delegates for large-scale B2B events. Pitch sponsorship opportunities, exhibition stalls, award categories, and delegate passes to senior decision-makers. Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation, cold calling, and pitching to negotiation and closure. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets with a sharp focus on revenue generation. Build long-term relationships with corporate clients, industry associations, and business leaders. Research market trends and competitor activities to create a strong sales strategy. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, production, operations) to ensure smooth client servicing and event delivery. Represent the company at events, networking forums, and client meetings to maximize visibility and business opportunities.

Requirements:

1-3 years of hardcore B2B/event sales experience (conferences, expos, or corporate events preferred). Strong corporate network in Delhi NCR; ability to engage with CXO-level professionals. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Highly target-driven, self-motivated, and willing to go the extra mile to achieve numbers. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Ability to travel locally for meetings and event participation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
